APT-DC Symposium Sponsorship:

  • The APT-DC Symposium is an annual two day conference presenting current topics on preservation technology research and practice by respected leaders in the preservation field. Sponsorship of this event will allow for exposure to a large audience of preservation professionals. Symposium sponsors will receive logo placement on symposium related marketing materials, two free admissions to the event, and a table in the exhibit hall to display resources and materials.

APT-DC Tour or Lecture:

  • The respected APT-DC tour and lecture series allows preservation professionals to learn about a wide variety of topics and practices related to preservation in the Washington, DC area. Sponsorship of these events will allow for frequent exposure to APT-DC’s member network. Lectures take place the third Thursday of each month, and tours are scheduled once a month as locations are available. You may sponsor one or multiple lectures or tours. Tour and lecture sponsors will receive logo placement on event specific marketing materials, two free admissions to the event, and the ability to display resources and materials at the event.

APT-DC Annual Member Mixers, Spring Picnic, and Annual Meeting/Holiday Party:

  • The annual APT-DC Member Mixers and Holiday Party allow the APT-DC membership to network in a casual and entertaining setting. Sponsorship of these popular events will allow for high profile exposure to APT-DC’s member network. The Member Mixers take place in the spring and fall, and the Holiday Party takes place in December. You may sponsor one or both events.
